On Fridays and Saturdays, the kitchen closes at 3.30 am, but, even after that, in a delightful contradiction, you can still ask for part of the menu, like crisped rice dumplings and sandwiches.
In theory, the metal shutters come down at 4.30 am, but the bar makes sure that those still inside can leave when they want. And anyone who's already been to the Filial knows that not a few insist on having the irresistible caipirinhas.
