Miniscule and welcoming, the Casa de Francisca (Francisca's House) is proud to present "musical projects of significant artistic commitment". Indeed, the musicians are treated with monastic reverence.
During the performances, waiter service is suspended at the candlelit tables. Without their coming and going or the clatter of cutlery, artists such as Vânia Bastos and Emicida perform with crystalline quality.
In the audience, small groups and couples ranging in age from 20 to 70 share bottles of wine (starting at R$ 80) and munch on appetizers such as potato chips with "tzazíki" (Greek dip with cucumber and yoghourt).
